Farewell, dear farmers! (˚ ˃̣̣̥⌓˂̣̣̥ )づ♡

Before taking this course, I thought we were gonna learn how to integrate technology in English Language Teaching at a surface level — mainly limited to slideshows or videos to support lessons. But it was much more than that. We learned how to integrate technology in an affective way, with more possibilities than slideshows or videos. There are so many aspects of technology that I never thought about before. So, I appreciate this course for helping me gain another perspective. I've never struggled with technology. ⸜(｡˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡

It was easy to deal with but it was boring. However with this course, I've understood that, it is not actually boring. It is the way we use it. The hardest part is making it affective for both teacher and learners. I hope to success with that in the future. I want to be as affective as possible for my learners with technology. The solution is not keeping them away. The solution is to integrate technology in their life in a safe (and fun) way. ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶

I LOVED shooting a digital story. Mental health is one of the most important things in our lives and I'm so happy that I've found a way to express this. I always had a passion for creating, editing, and shooting. So, digital story task was the perfect one for me. I'll definitely make my students shoot their own digital story in the future. It will improve them in many ways. Speaking, fluency... More importantly, it will give them a chance to talk about something they care about. I'm pretty sure they will love it just like I did. ―୨୧⋆ ˚

The one I didn't love as much, (not gonna lie, I hated it) was making an infographic. It was boring and I couldn't really focus. I've created my own template to make it a little more fun but still, it was just not my cup of tea. I don't know if I'll use it in the future for my students, as I think it may be as boring for them too.

Yeah, this is the end. (I hope so, lol. This is kinda tiring.) It was a lovely journey for me, and I enjoyed writing blogs. So, who knows? Maybe I'll continue to do that. But for my ICT course, this will be my last blog. (considering that I will pass the course. Wish me luck!)
