HARVEST TIME - Netiquette: Click with Kindness ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶

Hi, my dear farmers! We were asked to create an infographic about ethical and legal issues in the use of technology, so what did I do? I made one about netiquette! I used Canva and designed my own template since I am not a big fan of ready-to-use templates. I wanted to design a template based on the theme of my website. (Kudos to my ADHD) I paid attention to the features of an informational infographic and divided my infographic into sections. I used numbers to make it easy to follow.

I had lots of fun while designing my template. I know some might find my infographic unusual since it is not common to find one designed like this. Some might even think this is unprofessional, but for me, unusual designs are more catchy compared to basic ones. It took me a while to decide on what I was gonna write on it. It was a difficult decision to make, but I managed to make it (I guess? at least I hope I did.) Other than that, my process went smoothly.

The benefits of using an infographic in an English classroom are arguable, but they are there. They can be used to introduce new vocabulary, summarize chapters, or explain grammar rules. Simplying complex ideas is also another plus. Having a colorful design helps our students with short attention spans maintain focus. Since infographics have different types, we can create diverse course materials. Them being interactive is another plus, which allows us to enhance our students' learning experiences.
